Israeli Rudy Bahar Asks Lawyers for Help

Today (October 6, 2022) at 10 a.m., Mr. Rudy Bahar, an Israeli (53), entered the Sittra Law Firm in Sathon, Bangkok and spoke with Mr. Saitra Bhagwan and Mr. Tam. the Secretary general. He explained his concern to them and together filed a petition for justice with the People's Lawyers Foundation.


His case was about his Thai wife, who had an affair with an influential soldier over 3 years, who was to intimidate or kill Mr. Rudy with a shot by the soldier, fortunately the bullet did not hit Mr. Rudy. He reported the incident to the police, the police themselves knew about the crime, but no charges were brought and nothing was done.

Rudy has 5 children with his wife and has been living in Thailand for a long time. He originally lived in Pattaya, but his wife wanted to open a café in Sakon Nakhon. So they moved to Sakon Nakhon and opened a café. Mr. Rudy knew that his wife was having an affair with the soldier. After the soldiers entered the café for the first time, they saw his wife and later the affair began. The soldiers came to café every day and did as their owners of the café, a café employee told us.

The soldier was charged with intimidation, trespassing, attempted murder and other offenses, among other charges.

From the daughter we learned that her mother had had several lovers for a long time, this for years and her father should have known it from the beginning and that her father wanted her to stop and end all affairs. But she didn't until the day the shooting took place.

Mr. Rudy also transferred money to the soldiers with the request to end the affair, the soldiers themselves have wife and children. He was frustrated and angry with his wife for not changing her behavior. Therefore, he went back to Pattaya with the children. His wife's café is still open and she is now responsible for everything.

Mr. Rudy Bahar does not understand the Thai Language and writing. So he went to the law firm Sittra and asked for help.

"Therefore, it is important, if you live in a foreign country, basic knowledge of the local language is important."

หนุ่มอิสราเอลร้องทนายตั้มช่วย เมียมีชู้ทหาร เจอไล่ยิงขู่ เชื่อมีอิทธิพล หลังแจ้งความถูกหลอก

วันนี้ (6 ต.ค. 65) 10.00 น. ที่สำนักงาน Sittra Law Firm Mr. Rudy Bahar (รูดี้ บาฮาร์)ชาวอิสราเอล อายุ 53 ปี ได้เข้าร้องขอความเป็นธรรม ต่อนายษิทรา เบี้ยบังเกิด หรือทนายตั้ม เลขาธิการมูลนิธิทีมงานทนายประชาชนฯ กรณีภรรยาชาวไทยมีชู้เป็นทหารที่มีอิทธิพล โดยได้มีการถูกข่มขู่ด้วย ซึ่งเรื่องนี้ทาง Mr. Rudy Bahar (รูดี้ บาฮาร์) อายุ 53 ปี พร้อมลูกได้ไปแจ้งความแล้ว แต่ปรากฎว่าล่ามที่แปลภาษาซึ่งรู้จักกับทหารคนดังกล่าว ได้หลอกให้เซ็นเอกสารว่าจะไม่ติดใจเอาความ ซึ่งตำรวจเองก็รู้การกระทำความผิด แต่ไม่ได้มีการดำเนินคดีใดๆ

ทนายตั้ม เปิดเผยว่า ทางรูดี้มีภรรยาเป็นคนไทย มีลูกด้วยกัน 5 คน อยู่เมืองไทยมานานแล้ว เดิมอาศัยอยู่ที่พัทยา แต่ทางภรรยาอยากเปิดร้านกาแฟคาเฟ่ รูดี้จึงไปเปิดกิจการร้านให้ที่สกลนคร แต่ภรรยาไปมีชู้เป็นทหารคนหนึ่ง และถูกทหารคนดังกล่าวเข้ามาหาเรื่อง มีการเอาปืนมาไล่ยิง มีการข่มขู่ ซึ่งรูดี้ก็ได้มีการแจ้งความไปแล้ว แต่ล่ามกลับบอกว่ารูดี้ไม่เอาเรื่องเอาความ ซึ่งรูดี้ไม่รู้เรื่องภาษาไทยจึงไม่ได้มีการดำเนินคดีอะไร จึงมาร้องเรียนกับตน ซึ่งตนเชื่อว่าจะสามารถรื้อคดีได้อย่างแน่นอน เพราะมีข้อหาบุกรุกในยามวิกาล และพยายามฆ่า รวมถึงเจ้ากน้าที่ตำรวจก็มีการละเว้นการปฎิบัติหน้าที่

ทั้งนี้ ลูกสาว เล่าให้ฟังว่าเรื่องที่แม่มีคนอื่นทางพ่อรู้มาตั้งแต่แรกแล้ว และได้มีการบอกให้แม่ยุติและเลิกทำพฤติกรรมแบบนี้ แต่แม่ไม่หยุด ซึ่งเรื่องนี้เกิดขึ้นมาแล้วกว่า 3 ปี จนเกิดเรื่องวันที่มีการยิงเกิดขึ้น มีการข่มขู่ให้ตายด้วย แต่กระสุนไม่โดนรูดี้ ไปโดนตนไม่แทน จนถึงขั้นรูดี้ต้องไปแจ้งความเพื่อดำเนินคดีว่ามีการยิงกันเกิดขึ้น แต่ล่ามที่ตอนไปแจ้งความกลับแปลว่ารูดี้ไม่ติดใจเอาความ

ซึ่งหลังจากเกิดเรื่องและมีการแจ้งความแล้ว พฤติกรรมของแม่ก็ยังเป็นแบบเดิมว่ายังคงคุยหรือไปไหนกับทหารคนดังกล่าวอยู่ ทั้งที่ทหารครดังกล่าวก็มีภรรยาและลูกอยู่แล้ว อีกทั้งแม่ยังมีการโอนเงินไปให้ทหารคนดังกล่าวด้วย

โดยตนยอมรับว่า โกรธแม่และน้อยใจที่แม่ทำพฤติกรรมแบบนี้ ซึ่งตอนนี้ตนกับพ่อก็ย้ายกลับมาอยู่ที่พัทยาแล้ว ส่วนร้านกาแฟคาเฟ่ก็ยังเปิดอยู่โดยแม่ก็ดูแลร้าน ซึ่งทางลูกสาวเชื่อว่าทหารคนดังกล่าวมาหลอกเอาเงินจากแม่ และแจ้งความในพื้นที่แล้วก็ไม่สามารถทำอะไรได้ จึงตัดสินใจเข้ามาร้องเรียนกับทนายตั้ม เนื่องจากกังวลความปลอดภัยของพ่อเป็นอย่างมาก

ขณะที่ พนักงานร้านคาเฟ่ที่เป็นลูกน้อง เล่าให้ฟังว่าตอนแรกทหารคนดังกล่าวมาทำถนน จึงได้มาเจอกับภรรยาของรูดี้ และได้มีพฤติกรรมเชิงชู้สาวนี้เกิดขึ้น ซึ่งทหารคนดังกล่าวเข้ามาที่ร้านกาแฟคาเฟ่ทุกวัน คือทำตัวเหมือนเป็นเจ้าของร้าน บงการทุกอย่าง ซึ่งตนเห็นพฤติกรรมเชิงชู้สาวบ่อยมาก
