Telecommunication follow-up Specialist

On November 2, 2022 at 9:30 a.m., the Kamolporn Meeting Room, The Sukosol Hotel in Bangkok met and the NBTC conducted a focus group hearing to analyze and evaluate the performance of the telecommunications business for 2022 in Bangkok.

Professor Dr. Suthisa Rattanawicha, from the Telecommunications Performance Monitoring and Evaluation Committee (CAT), is leading the project to review, optimize and improve the management of the NBTC.

The NBTC-Telecommunications Business 2022, organized by King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, it is the representative of the public and private sectors. More than 40 people attended this hearing and expressed their views.

Assistant Professor Dr. Suthisa Rattanawicha, from the Telecommunications Monitoring and Evaluation Committee (CAT), said that in addition to conducting this group-specific hearing, the CAT has also been working on this issue.


The meeting is a public hearing conducted to analyze and evaluate the performance of telecom companies for 2022 in all 5 provinces and 5 regions, to give stakeholders in the telecommunications industry the opportunity to participate in the hearing and comment on the issues:

1. Thorough provision of basic telecommunications services,
2. governance of the operations of communications satellites,
3. Solving call center problems and SMS fraud,
4. Development of services instead of "Mobile ID" cards, etc.
"It is based on up-to-date facts and information and is carried out with maximum efficiency and effectiveness"



All information received and collected today by the Telecommunications Monitoring and Evaluation Committee (CAT) and the faculty will be compiled in the subsequent study and analysis, which will reflect the performance of the National Broadcasting, Television and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC), NBTC and NBTC Secretary General in relation to the various operations of the NBTC

“กตป. กสทช. ลงพื้นที่รับฟังความคิดเห็นเฉพาะกลุ่ม (Focus Group)
เพื่อติดตามและประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน ด้านกิจการโทรคมนาคม ประจำปี 2565 ณ จังหวัดกรุงเทพมหานคร”

เมื่อเวลา 09.30 น.ของวันที่ 2 พฤศจิกายน 2565 ณ ห้องประชุมกมลพร โรงแรมเดอะ สุโกศล กรุงเทพฯ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สุทิศา รัตนวิชา กรรมการติดตามและประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน ด้านกิจการโทรคมนาคม (กตป.) เป็นประธานเปิดโครงการจ้างที่ปรึกษาเพื่อติดตามและประเมินผลการดำเนินการและการบริหารงานของ กสทช. สำนักงาน กสทช. และเลขาธิการ กสทช. ด้านกิจการโทรคมนาคม ประจำปี 2565 ซึ่งจัดขึ้นโดย สถาบันเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าเจ้าคุณทหารลาดกระบัง โดยมีตัวแทนจากภาครัฐและภาคเอกชน เข้าร่วมรับฟังและแสดงความคิดเห็นกว่า 40 คน
ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สุทิศา รัตนวิชา กรรมการติดตามและประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน ด้านกิจการโทรคมนาคม (กตป.) กล่าวว่า นอกจากการลงพื้นที่รับฟังความคิดเห็นเฉพาะกลุ่มครั้งนี้แล้ว กตป. มีกำหนดการลงพื้นที่รับฟังความคิดเห็นสาธารณะ เพื่อติดตามและประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน ด้านกิจการโทรคมนาคม ประจำปี 2565

ทั้งหมด 5 จังหวัด 5 ภูมิภาค เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้ที่มีส่วนได้เสียในด้านกิจการโทรคมนาคมเข้าร่วมรับฟังและแสดงความคิดเห็นกว่าไม่น้อยกว่าจังหวัดละ 150 คน แสดงความคิดเห็นในหัวข้อ
1. การจัดให้มีบริการโทรคมนาคมพื้นฐานโดยทั่วถึง
2. การกำกับดูแลการประกอบกิจการดาวเทียมสื่อสาร
3. การแก้ไขปัญหา Call Center และ SMS หลอกลวง และ
4. การพัฒนาบริการแทนบัตร “Mobile ID” เป็นต้น ซึ่งการประชุมนี้ เป็นการรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้ประกอบกิจการ และผู้บริโภคในพื้นที่ เพื่อให้การประเมินการดำเนินงานของ

สำนักงาน กสทช. ตั้งอยู่บนพื้นฐานข้อเท็จจริงและข้อมูลต่างๆ และเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลอย่างสูงสุด
​ทั้งนี้ ข้อมูลที่ได้ทั้งหมดในวันนี้ ทางกรรมการติดตาม และประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน ด้านกิจการโทรคมนาคม (กตป.) และคณะฯ จะรวบรวมสรุปศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ ซึ่งจะสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงผลการปฏิบัติงานของ คณะกรรมการกิจการกระจายเสียง กิจการโทรทัศน์ และกิจการโทรคมนาคมแห่งชาติ (กสทช.) สำนักงาน กสทช. และเลขาธิการ กสทช. ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินงานต่างๆ ของสำนักงาน กสทช. ในปีพ.ศ. 2565 ที่ผ่านมา.
