Mr. Thanokchaporn Siriphet Executive, authorized and engaged on Monday, November 7, a lawyer of Amata Siam 2017 Ltd., the Institute for the Inspection and Research of Ancient Relics, to file a lawsuit against the "famous YouTuber page" called "Thousand X People" and against those who filed this YouTube page as well as against those who use this page.

Posting defamatory statements that cause reputational damage, which is a criminal offense under the Criminal Code and the Computer Crimes Act, because false statements and video clips have been published that are derogatory and harmful.

P.T.A.S.A.S, the lawyer said: "I am legally authorized to file a complaint, conduct prosecution in full, and interview those who are about to commit or have committed the crime.

I stopped posting from now on and decided to file a lawsuit because I wanted to protect the rights of Mr. Thanokchaporn Siripet. The chairman of "Amata Siam 2017" Co., Ltd., if there is still a person who publishes such crimes, it is necessary to continue the case to the end."

“ธนกชพร ศิริเพชร ” บอสใหญ่ "อมตะสยาม 2017" เอาจริง !!! ส่งทนายฟ้องหมิ่นประมาทตามกฎหมายอาญา และพ.ร.บ.คอมพิวเตอร์

เมื่อเวลา 17.00 น. วันจันทร์ที่ 7 พฤศจิกายน 2565 ที่ สถานีตำรวจนครบาลมีนบุรี พ.ต.อ.ทรงณวุฒิ โพธิสาขา ทนายความ ได้รับมอบอำนาจจาก นายธนกชพร ศิริเพชร ผู้บริหาร สถาบันตรวจสอบและวิจัยวัตถุโบราณ อมตะสยาม 2017 จำกัด เข้าแจ้งความเพื่อดำเนินคดี กับผู้ที่ใช้ "ยูทูปเปอร์เพจดัง" ชื่อว่า "คนพันเอ็กซ์" โพสต์ข้อความหมิ่นประมาทจนทำให้เกิดความเสียหายต่อชื่อเสียง ซึ่งเป็นความผิดตามกฎหมายอาญา และพ.ร.บ.คอมพิวเตอร์ เนื่องจากได้โพสต์ข้อความอันเป็นเท็จ และคลิปวีดิโอ ที่สร้างความเสื่อมเสีย และทำให้ได้รับความเสียหาย โดยทางเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจได้รับเรื่อง และจะดำเนินการรวบรวมพยานหลักฐาน เพื่อดำเนินคดีกับผู้กระทำความผิด โดยจะตรวจสอบและสืบสวนทางเทคนิค เพื่อหาผู้กระทำผิดเพิ่มเติมต่อไป

พ.ต.อ.ทรงณวุฒิ โพธิสาขา ทนายความ กล่าวว่า "ผมได้รับมอบอำนาจตามกฎหมายมาแจ้งความ ให้ดำเนินคดีให้ถึงที่สุด และขอให้ผู้ที่กำลังจะกระทำการโพสต์ข้อความที่เข้าข่ายความผิด หยุดการโพสต์ตั้งแต่บัดนี้เป็นต้นไป ที่ตัดสินใจแจ้งความดำเนินคดี เพราะต้องการปกป้องสิทธิ์ของนายธนกชพร ศิริเพชร ประธานบริษัท "อมตะสยาม 2017" จำกัด ซึ่งถ้าหลังจากนี้หากยังมีผู้โพสต์ข้อความอันเข้าข่ายความผิดดังกล่าวอยู่อีก ก็จำเป็นต้องดำเนินคดีให้ถึงที่สุดต่อไปเช่นกันครับ"
